Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a deposit of 50% of the service cost is required, payable at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled or you fail to attend your appointment.

Payment Methods:

We accept cash and most credit/debit cards for deposits and online payments.

Deposit Application

The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposit/Transfer – If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice it will be transferred to a future appointment

  • 48-Hour notice – If you inform us within 48 hours you are unable to attend your appointment, we will transfer your deposit to a credit for a future appointment at the discretion of management

Late Cancellation/No-Show

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. At the discretion of management, if you are late for your appointment and this impacts our day, you will lose your deposit and will have to reschedule with a new deposit. If we have time after your scheduled appointment, which does not impact our next service time, we will always try and accommodate you the best we can.

Vouchers

Validity

  • Duration – Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase

  • No extensions – Gift vouchers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date

Redemption

  • PLEASE NOTE vouchers can only be redeemed for services and products within the salon, this does NOT include aesthetic services. This business is separate to Christophes Hairdressers.

  • No cash value – Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

  • Booking Requirement – Services must be booked in advance, and the voucher code must be provided at the time of booking – Please remember to mention your voucher when booking an appointment

  • Voucher presentation – The voucher must be presented at the reception on the day of the service

Cancellation and No-Shows

  • Late cancellation/No-show – Late cancellations or no-shows will result in your deposit amount being deducted from your voucher

  • Rescheduling – If you need to reschedule please contact the salon as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours – or this will also result in your deposit amount being deducted from your voucher

No Refunds

Vouchers are strictly non-refundable
