When selecting tapes, there exist numerous options that directly influence the pricing, making each consultation and service cost unique to individual clients. Variables such as hair length, quantity, color, and whether the extensions feature balayage, ombre, or mixed colors all contribute to the pricing equation. With limitless possibilities, accurate calculations can only be made following a consultation.
Please Note:
Clients must provide a deposit following a consultation, covering the expense of the hair as well as 50% of the service fee.

Caring for your Zen Hair Extensions
Washing and Drying

We recommend using only Zen Hair aftercare products for your extensions.

Limit washing your extensions to 1-2 times per week.

Prior to washing, detangle the hair and separate the bonds.

Apply shampoo smoothly down the extensions; avoid rubbing to prevent tangling.

Condition from the mid-lengths to the ends, avoiding application to the bonds.

After washing, apply a protein spray or oil/serum to damp hair. Dry the bonds first using the cool setting on your hairdryer.

Never allow your extensions to air dry; always dry them immediately.

It's highly recommended to use a deep treatment mask from the Zen haircare range once a week to extend the life of your extensions.

Note: In areas with hard water, minerals can alter the tone of blonde/light colors. If you notice a change in your extensions, contact the salon promptly for possible buildup removal.
Brushing

Use an extension brush near the bonds to prevent snagging.

While hair extension hair can be colored, it's not recommended unless discussed and performed by your Hair Extension Artist.
Can I use heated styling tools on my hair extensions?
You can use straighteners, curling irons, etc., as the hair is real human hair. Remember to use a heat protection spray and treat the extensions with the same care as your own hair.
Do I have to use special hair care products on my hair extension hair?
It's recommended to use the specified hair care products to maintain your extensions' quality. We cannot guarantee the hair's quality if recommended products are not used.
Do Zen extensions hurt?
It's common for the head to feel slightly tender for a few days following the fitting of extensions. This sensation is normal and is attributed to the additional weight added to the hair. It will subside with time.
